These attributes have led the Certified Artisan Beef Program (CABP), which was one of the first "method of production claim" programs developed by a Canadian producer, to meet the labeling requirements of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Label Registration Unit, for its claim that CAB product is "raised without antibiotics, growth hormones, animal proteins or bone meal".
